Focusing on ultra-high-pressure (UHP) water jet technology and industrial automation, the company possesses comprehensive capabilities ranging from fundamental technology research and new product development to the integration of large-scale complete engineering projects. In 2007, the company was granted independent import and export rights by the Ministry of Commerce, officially embarking on its international development path.
In terms of R&D and manufacturing, Autelong utilizes water jet technology as its core, developing a series of technical equipment for various media including water, oil, compressed air, and steam. The company has independently developed robotic water jet cutting workstations and automated equipment for welding, logistics, and spraying. Notably, Autelong successfully developed a 7.5KW ultra-high-pressure water intensifier capable of reaching 420 MPa, breaking the historical reliance on imported UHP pumps for robotic water jet cutting equipment in China. Additionally, the company manufactures and sells heavy-duty high-pressure triplex plunger pumps, high-pressure water casting descaling and deburring equipment, which are widely applied in automotive manufacturing, semiconductors, heavy industry, and light industry.
In the petroleum, petrochemical, and environmental protection sectors, leveraging extensive practical engineering experience, Autelong has successfully developed automated mechanical cleaning systems for large crude oil storage tanks, rail tank cars, and highway tankers, as well as automated cold cutting engineering for fire protection and petrochemical pipelines. The company has provided UHP storage tank cleaning equipment and technical services to overseas projects in Sudan and Malaysia, as well as to renowned domestic and international enterprises such as CNPC, Sinopec, and Chevron. These projects have been awarded multiple national patents, achieving highly efficient and safe operations with zero accidents.
